From the moment I pulled in and was greeted, the experience was positive. This was my first time getting an oil change here, and I ended up leaving with fresh filters and new windshield wipers—items I didn’t even realize needed attention. Christian and Michael serviced my vehicle, and they were both respectful, knowledgeable, and professional without being pushy. Car maintenance can sometimes feel intimidating because I don’t know much about vehicles, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated their honesty and customer service and will definitely be returning for future maintenance.
visited Take 5 for an oil change in my Volkswagen Tiguan, but the correct oil was out of stock for the second time. Despite this, the employee who helped me (I dont remember his name) was amazing. He topped off my fluids, checked my tires, and provided wonderful service with great energy. I hope he is there to do my oil change when the oil arrives.
They guys at take 5 are amazing. I had trouble with my card but the guy came up with a quick fix .there's no place thats special but take 5 is and always have been above thebrest thanks guys for making my first experience in Georgia a great 1.great customer service 💯 %
