I am so glad a Take 5 Oil Change recently opened on Friendship Road here in Buford! I stopped in and had a fantastic experience. The entire staff provided excellent customer service and great advice, helping me select the best maintenance options for my vehicle without ever feeling pushy. A special shout-out to Pierre, Juju, and Michael! They worked seamlessly as a team to get me taken care of and had me in and out in no time. It's tough to find that level of fast, friendly, and coordinated service these days. I will definitely be back for my next oil change! Highly recommend stopping by this new location.
I had a great experience getting my oil change. Jake and David were both friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They took the time to explain everything and provided excellent customer service without any pressure. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and they definitely do.
