I had a really good experience at Take 5 Oil Change, and I wanted to take a minute to give Orlando a shoutout because he was great from start to finish. I came in for a regular oil change and honestly expected it to be a pretty basic, in-and-out experience, but Orlando made the whole visit really easy. He was friendly right away, explained what they were doing, and answered my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him. You can tell when someone actually cares about providing good customer service, and that was definitely my experience with Orlando. What I appreciated most was how straightforward everything was. Orlando explained the service clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. I never felt confused about what was happening with my vehicle, and I also never felt pressured into buying anything I didn’t want or need. He was helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. He was also very professional while still being personable. Sometimes customer service can feel a little robotic, but Orlando was genuinely friendly and made the interaction feel comfortable. He treated me with respect and took the time to make sure I was satisfied before I left. The service itself was quick, which was a huge plus. I was able to get my oil changed without spending a huge part of my day waiting around. At the same time, it didn’t feel like they were rushing through everything just to get me out. Orlando seemed to pay attention to the details and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I also liked that he took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense. I’m not someone who knows every detail about cars, so having someone explain things clearly without talking over my head is important to me. Orlando did a really good job with that. Overall, I left feeling like I had been treated well and that my car was taken care of. It’s a simple thing, but good customer service makes a big difference, especially when you’re dealing with something as important as your vehicle. I definitely appreciate Orlando for making what could have just been another routine oil change into a really positive experience. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and respectful throughout the whole visit. If management sees this, I hope they know they have someone who represents the company really well. I’ll definitely keep Take 5 in mind for my future oil changes, and Orlando deserves recognition for the way he treated me and handled the service. Thanks again, Orlando!

Stopped in last minute to get an oil change that another Take 5 refused to do the day prior. I was met at the entrance by Orlando and Jaden who turned out to be 2 top tier techs. They both went above and beyond to make sure my oil change got done even though it meant staying a little late. Both of them appeared to be highly motivated workers with positive attitudes which is becoming increasingly rare to find these days. Do to the phenomenal service they provided I will happily bypass the other take 5 that made up a lie about my oil drain plug being seized the day prior and drive a little further out of my way to let these 2 guys do the service work on my truck from here forward.

The guys did great. Orlando hospitality was everything he made sure we stayed hydrated while in that heat getting our oil change. Jaden and Matt got our oil change together and did an awesome job. Thanks again to all of them however only thing that I didn't like is y'all owners got them guys out there in over 100 degree weather at risk of having heat stroke anything y'all can at least install fans up top the ceiling or one of those big factory fans to keep y'all employees safe and cool. Y'all are over a million dollar corporation y'all can keep y'all employees safe being outside all day. It is not the 1800s stop being cheap and inconsiderate of y'all employees take5
