I love this place. The service was fast and very professional. Logan and Clark were amazing they work both on my car and communicated everything to me clearly. I will definitely use them again when I come back to Venice. I went back to this shop on 6/28/26 and everything went great. Ramzi and Antonio did a fantastic Job, they were very professional and qualified. Thes guys worked great together and did the job in a small time frame. I recommend this shop and they still get five stars from me.
Billy Greeted with an ice water was asked basic information and compliments to the farm truck Very professional polite and prompt. I never have seen service anywhere like this man runs the shop It was being ran similar to a NASCAR pit stop respectfully The team of employees were being directed and seemed to have a full understanding of what they were and should be doing. Without blinking an eye I heard after this vehicle exits will you hit all trash cans for the team Reply was yes sir I'm on it I swear on my kids yall' lol this place was moving vehicles in and out nothing short of quicker than quick and I brought them a Diesel Truck 15 quarts of T6 and filters in stock checked tires air intake etc Phenomenal experience Billy leads by example and the team are on board I will be back y'all have a new customer for life Thanks Team 2nd time in last night The techs once again ran a tight ship Oil change number 2 4000 miles Greetings with ice water and did you build it T6 15 gallons and filter after a quick call to Billy the man the myth the legend to approve my request This place is ran like a tight ship and i own some gems they service them all... Debate me
This was the first time I went to Take 5. This place is on point. Very efficient, knowledgeable, was matter of fact. Didnot try to sell me anything I didn't need. Billy, Justin and another gentleman worked on my car. Oh I almost forgot Justin offered me a bottle of cold water while I waited. I'm grateful for this kind, quality, caring people infront of customer service! And I didn't wait long. I recommend Take 5!
