This was my first visit for an oil change and was highly impressed! Chester and Ramzi went above and beyond as my oil filter was stripped from a previous oil change at a competitor and could only be removed by a special tool owned by KIA dealership. Instead of sending me on my way, they topped it off with new synthetic, checked all other fluids and tire pressure etc. At the end of it all, they did not charge me for the visit due to the filter issue which was not their responsibility. It was refreshing to deal with these two gentlemen with such integrity and impressive work ethic which made for a pleasant client experience. I would highly recommend this establishment as well as Chester and Ramzi to anyone!
I’ve been to this location about 5 times and the staff is always kind and professional, but most of all, they’re fast! Chester took great care of my car today. They always ask me if I’d like my cabin filter changed or if I need air in my tires as well. As someone who likes to maintain my vehicle myself, I’ll always take my car here for oil changes because it’s crazy convenient.
Take five topped me off after my oil change because they are unlimited top offs after their service. I was 3 quarts low, which would’ve totaled about $40 and I had to do it myself, but they did it for me for no . Ramsi Was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t even treated any better and I’ve been at Disney World. Thank you so much to take five. I would recommend them to anyone who’s getting worked done on their vehicle.
