They thoroughly explained what they were provided. They advised of additional optional services and their benefits if I would like, with no pressure to buy now. The team was quick, efficient and courteous the whole time. Keep up the good work. I've been a customer for several years and am very happy with services provided.
Another update: A completely different crew was at this location when I pulled in to have my oil changed. Just as in the past, I was treated with exemplary customer service. My cabin air filter was completely caught on something and David spent at least 10 minutes getting it out so it could be replaced, and he was pleasant about it I won't take my car anywhere else! Excellent service at the right price. Rashon was courteous, efficient and friendly, and he enhanced my oil change experience. Based on this visit, I would return to this location, and I would recommend this location to friends and family members. Update a few months later. Rashon and Ryan once again provided exemplary service with a warm and friendly touch. Another location was more convenient, but I chose to travel a little farther so I could visit this location.
Expensive diesel oil and air filter/fuel filter change even with my 25% military discount but extremely professional. They took care of all my needs and worked quickly. I’ll definitely use them again and will more than likely travel to this specific location because they were so efficient.
