Another update: A completely different crew was at this location when I pulled in to have my oil changed. Just as in the past, I was treated with exemplary customer service. My cabin air filter was completely caught on something and David spent at least 10 minutes getting it out so it could be replaced, and he was pleasant about it I won't take my car anywhere else! Excellent service at the right price. Rashon was courteous, efficient and friendly, and he enhanced my oil change experience. Based on this visit, I would return to this location, and I would recommend this location to friends and family members. Update a few months later. Rashon and Ryan once again provided exemplary service with a warm and friendly touch. Another location was more convenient, but I chose to travel a little farther so I could visit this location.
Did a good job. I was please. Could smell pot very strong being smoked. Do not know if it was under the car or the person (employee) sitting in their car in the parking lot on the side of the building. Last time I went there it was the same thing and I said I would give it another try. Well same thing this time. Makes me worry if my car is correctly serviced so I’m not sure I will be going back.
The staff at this location were some of the nicest gentleman I have ever come across when getting my oil changed on my car. They were extremely polite, respectful, and very informative. Whole process was done quickly and efficiently, and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
