I have been going to jiffy lube for years for my oil changes and never once was I informed about my cabin filter until yesterday when I decided to stop at the take 5 as it was closer to my new home. When I tell you the customer service was top notch I mean it. I was greeted with a smile and an cold water bottle as I pulled in, I never even had to get out of my car, they answered any questions I had and gave me honest answers not trying to sell me things I didnt need, which I appreciated. 3 boys all assisted me in servicing my vehicle all of which were wonderful unfortunately I can only remember the one gentleman's name Gator because its a hard name to forget and he was the one that found my cabin filter and replaced it and bringing to my attention I was missing my cabin filter door and filter had never been changed 🤢😵😬 thanks to these amazing boys and their expertise myself and my 4 children are breathing much healthier air now, you officially have a new regular customer, thanks again. See you next oil change. 😊
Top Notch Crew at the Take 5 Oil Change on Veterans in PC. My maintenance reminder light was on so I stopped spoke with Gaven about oil change pricing & explained my situation. He said let me talk to my manager. He came back & said pull around. Gator the Manager personally came over to speak with me, gave me the cost and said “We got you!” They truly went above & beyond. Not only affordable pricing on the oil change but also checked the fluids & tire pressure all while I sat in my vehicle. Take 5 Oil Change is not only convenient, it’s affordable, & professional with outstanding customer service. Gator, Gaven, Danny & Kaiden, made a lifelong customer out of me today. Highly encourage you to visit them for all your maintenance needs!
I got a recommendation from Advanced Auto Parts to bring my 2008 Mercedes ML350 here for an oil change. I also had discovered that the serpentine belt was in desperate need of replacement, which was why I went to Advanced Auto Parts. I was going to change it myself. Now I just bought this car knowing that at 18 years old, it needed some TLC, so it wasn't a big deal, but there are some things I am not equipped to do myself. So, when I got to Take 5, Josh and Jamal greeted me and they were AWESOME!! Super helpful, replaced the serpentine belt for me, which I had brought with me from Advanced Auto Parts, changed the oil and fixed several other items that would have taken me hours to do myself. Come to find out, Jamal has experience with Mercedes...so no dealership for me!! Thank you guys!!!
