Top Notch Crew at the Take 5 Oil Change on Veterans in PC. My maintenance reminder light was on so I stopped spoke with Gaven about oil change pricing & explained my situation. He said let me talk to my manager. He came back & said pull around. Gator the Manager personally came over to speak with me, gave me the cost and said “We got you!” They truly went above & beyond. Not only affordable pricing on the oil change but also checked the fluids & tire pressure all while I sat in my vehicle. Take 5 Oil Change is not only convenient, it’s affordable, & professional with outstanding customer service. Gator, Gaven, Danny & Kaiden, made a lifelong customer out of me today. Highly encourage you to visit them for all your maintenance needs!
I got a recommendation from Advanced Auto Parts to bring my 2008 Mercedes ML350 here for an oil change. I also had discovered that the serpentine belt was in desperate need of replacement, which was why I went to Advanced Auto Parts. I was going to change it myself. Now I just bought this car knowing that at 18 years old, it needed some TLC, so it wasn't a big deal, but there are some things I am not equipped to do myself. So, when I got to Take 5, Josh and Jamal greeted me and they were AWESOME!! Super helpful, replaced the serpentine belt for me, which I had brought with me from Advanced Auto Parts, changed the oil and fixed several other items that would have taken me hours to do myself. Come to find out, Jamal has experience with Mercedes...so no dealership for me!! Thank you guys!!!
Honestly the best experience I’ve had at a take 5 by far. They were so nice and as a woman did not go through saying I need this and that to take advantage of my pockets. I was told that when I went on 06-17-26 that it was the 1st day under new management and staff and it really showed. Such a huge improvement. In and out in 10 min. I will definitely be back at this location because of the team you guys have. Again thank you gentlemen so much for a wonderful experience.
