Cambio de aceite en Port Charlotte, FL en 24150 Veterans Blvd.

I have been using Take 5 since they opened over here a better location for me. They are very helpful and explaining what I need to have done on my car. I also like the prices when they do the necessary requirements to keep my car running in good condition. The staff is very helpful this is also a very quick procedure. They are polite and courteous. I'd like to extend a special thank you for the Veterans Boulevard location in PC. Thank you again

I came to Take 5 for an oil change and was also able to use a coupon I found online, which was a great bonus. As always, the process was quick and convenient, but what really stood out during this visit was the exceptional customer service. I was offered bottled water and gummies, and my daughter was even given a lollipop, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff clearly explained everything they were going to do and even allowed me to check the oil myself once the service was completed. I really appreciated their transparency and attention to detail. This location is the closest one to my home, so I’ll definitely be back. I always appreciate good customer service, and this team truly made the experience a pleasant one. Thank you for making something as routine as an oil change such a positive experience! Unfortunately, I don’t remember all of their names, except Kaeden because he has the same name as my son, but the manager on shift and the other tech were just as great

Gator and his team at Take 5 Oil Change provided truly exceptional service. Gator went far above and beyond a routine oil change—he thoroughly inspected the vehicle, identified metal shavings in the oil, severely deteriorated filters, corrosion around the oil caps, and several other concerning issues that should have been addressed before the dealership sold us the vehicle. He took the time to clearly explain every concern, make sure the vehicle was safe for us to drive that day, and create a recommended maintenance and replacement plan so we could prioritize what needed attention. His honesty, knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine concern for our safety were remarkable. It is rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and treats a customer’s vehicle as though their own family will be riding in it. We are incredibly grateful to Gator for catching these issues and giving us the information we needed to protect both our vehicle and our family. I cannot recommend Gator and this Take 5 location highly enough!
