(Translated by Google) I had a great experience with the service! I only went because I urgently needed my car's oil changed, but I was running late for work. However, they took care of me in 20 minutes, changed the oil and air filter, gave me recommendations, and even gave me a free bottle of water! They also had a $25 off coupon at the time, which was fantastic! Later that same day, my husband came by and also received great service and had a great experience with his car! I recommend them!
Had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Chino was extremely friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He went above and beyond by checking over my car and recommending that I replace my air filters and wipers so everything would be in excellent condition. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything instead of just rushing through the service. Great customer service all around definitely recommend asking for Chino!
Amazing customer service and care here at the Lake Nona location! So great to get such quick service, be able to stay in your care and get immediate attention so you are not waiting around for hours to get a simple oil change. Abner and the team were fast yet thorough. They made me feel welcome and were quick to take care of my service. The concept to get you in and out quickly with quality attention and car care sets this service apart from other businesses. I will get my oil change here every time without a doubt.
