Amazing customer service and care here at the Lake Nona location! So great to get such quick service, be able to stay in your care and get immediate attention so you are not waiting around for hours to get a simple oil change. Abner and the team were fast yet thorough. They made me feel welcome and were quick to take care of my service. The concept to get you in and out quickly with quality attention and car care sets this service apart from other businesses. I will get my oil change here every time without a doubt.
Amazing Oil Change Service! Hands down the most efficient oil change spot I’ve ever been to in my life. The team is incredibly friendly, transparent, and fast. Don’t waste time sitting for hours at other places waiting for a simple service — you’ll be in and out here before you know it. Was so impressed that I brought back my other vehicle the same day for its oil change as well. Huge thank you to Alberto, Keyiara, Jose, and Abner for their excellent service. They run a smooth, professional operation, and I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.
There was a take 5 oil change grand opening so I had plans to stop by. Had been a regular customer on the west coast and was happy to see one pop up nearby after moving cross country recently. Kiara the trainee (I assume she was a trainee based on the interactions with her teammates) was helpful. The owner/manager went above and beyond and even provided a courtesy diagnostic check. I'm guilty of neglecting my vehicle/not checking it often for problems but was fortunate enough that the owner/manager was able to pin point the issue (corroded battery). He cleaned it up for me and it removed all the dashboard errors/symbols. I appreciate that he was looking out for me. Will come back again
