Oil Change in Orlando, FL at 3001 W Colonial Dr.

On Saturday, I ended up going to Take 5 on West Colonial drive because I had a bad experience with the Walmart Ocoee Auto center. Even though I had an appointment with them for an oil change, I waited over 10 mins and no one walked up to my car so I canceled and came to Take 5. I was immediately welcomed with smiles, I was offered a bottle of water and right away, I met the team, Chariti, Natalia and another male worker who I believe was Isaiah. Chariti welcomed me and proceeded to get my information in a very professional manner. She then informed me of my Carfax and services I have had and all the while Natalia and Isaiah already had begun changing my oil. Immediately, Natalia informed me that my skid plate was falling off and offered to remove it for me. I said absolutely and then Chariti also showed me my air filter which, according to my Carfax hadn’t been changed in a while. I appreciated her letting me know! After all that, I was able to use a 30% coupon which helped a lot. She mentioned that free top offs of my oil were allowed as long as I came before the mileage number on the sticker placed. After everything done, I don’t think I waited more than 10-15mins! I was overwhelmed with their amazing, quick service and friendly manner. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
