Cambio de aceite en Orlando, FL en 3001 W Colonial Dr.

On Saturday, I ended up going to Take 5 on West Colonial drive because I had a bad experience with the Walmart Ocoee Auto center. Even though I had an appointment with them for an oil change, I waited over 10 mins and no one walked up to my car so I canceled and came to Take 5. I was immediately welcomed with smiles, I was offered a bottle of water and right away, I met the team, Chariti, Natalia and another male worker who I believe was Isaiah. Chariti welcomed me and proceeded to get my information in a very professional manner. She then informed me of my Carfax and services I have had and all the while Natalia and Isaiah already had begun changing my oil. Immediately, Natalia informed me that my skid plate was falling off and offered to remove it for me. I said absolutely and then Chariti also showed me my air filter which, according to my Carfax hadn’t been changed in a while. I appreciated her letting me know! After all that, I was able to use a 30% coupon which helped a lot. She mentioned that free top offs of my oil were allowed as long as I came before the mileage number on the sticker placed. After everything done, I don’t think I waited more than 10-15mins! I was overwhelmed with their amazing, quick service and friendly manner. I will definitely be coming back in the future! Thank you, team! You all are amazing!

I typically take my vehicle to Chrysler Jeep for service, but I wasn’t able to keep my recent appointment and needed to find a reputable place for an oil change. I came across your business during my search and, admittedly, felt a bit nervous since I had never taken my Jeep anywhere else. From the moment I arrived, those concerns quickly disappeared. I was warmly welcomed with a smile and even offered a bottle of water. One team member promptly gathered my information while the others got to work right away. The entire experience was seamless. Everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly, and highly professional. As a business owner myself, I especially appreciated watching your team collaborate so efficiently—it truly felt like a well-oiled machine. I also had a few questions about additional services, and each one was answered clearly and confidently. Although I don’t live in the immediate area, I work just a few minutes away, and thanks to this outstanding experience, I will absolutely be returning. Your team has earned my business moving forward. Thank you for making the visit so stress-free and enjoyable. Great job!

"Great experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming—as soon as I arrived, they handed me a bottle of water and took the time to ask detailed questions about my car. Their work was thorough yet quick, and I barely had to wait before they finished the oil change and other services. On top of that, they gave me a nice discount, which made the whole deal even better. Really appreciate the friendly service and professionalism—I’ll definitely be back!"
