Ray, Bud, Cayelin were amazing! Great customer service from the time I pulled up, until I left, and a very good and comfortable atmosphere This is a great team, and great location. Ray and I actually remembered each other from years ago when he was over 2 other locations. He is a very good leader, and all 3 are very good people and professional.
Marcus and Adrian did an outstanding job serving my vehicle. They were very professional and explained everything that they did. They made sure that I understood every service that my vehicle needed to keep running keep my car running effectively.
Ray at Take 5 is amazing and deserves a raise. Great customer service, Patience, and attention to detail. While I was waiting so be serviced a vehicle drove over the median, across the street (barely missed the take 5 building) and crashed into the ditch need to Take5. A lot of ppl came outside to look and record but as soon as Ray came outside and saw what happened he ran down into the ditch, rescued the man who was stuck inside of the car, and even climbed back up on top of the car to go inside and get the wives purse. As soon as they were safe and the ambulance and police were called, he went back to work like nothing happened!. And still had the energy to service his customers with a smile on his face; so humble. And even found an issue I didn’t know I had! Great employee!!
