They have the most amazing customer service I have been a customer of this company for several years and I have never been disappointed with my service you can get everything you need done here when it comes to keeping up the maintenance with your car the only thing they do not do is replace an engine and tires everything else they do and the best thing ever I have not never found any place that will give you a top off as many as you need before you need your actual or change done and that is for free they even give you coupons after certain amount of services they would even give you a free oil change just because you follow them and give them your email address and they send you the coupons I truly love this company they have kept up all of my vehicles for many years nothing ever went wrong with them I would refer them to anyone

When I told them about my experience at the take 5 on Normandy and cassat in Jacksonville Florida yesterday it was very crowded there and it was gone pretty slow don't know what they had enough crew does to maintain but I was waiting for over 30 minutes on the take 5 Normandy and Castle again I truly think the team
My experience was a 1000/1000!!! The guys were all so friendly and knowledgeable of everything I asked. I was offered an air filter to help with my gas efficiency and David expressed how important it was. He was a great associate and I will be utilizing Take 5 whenever it’s time for an oil change moving forward. Thanks again! I wish yall did tire rotations as well!!
