Been going to this location for about a year now. I had a bad experience with the old crew where services I paid for had not been performed and after speaking to the then manager SUNY I was able to get 2 free oil changes to compensate for the inconvenience. Fast forward when I went to get the second one she was no longer there. I explained the situation to the new manager, Gee and he was able to assist me. The new crew is professional and got me in and out in a timely manner. I appreciate the convenience of getting my oil change without having to drop my car off. I hope the new team sticks around
The assistant manager I think his name is Carter and the technician Khalif did an amazing job! The assistant manager took care of all my concerns and made sure I had an excellent service. Definitely my go to location from now on. The best part is that they made me feel very comfortable and I could relax knowing that my car was in good hands! :) (I really hope I got the names right but they were both working Tuesday 08/18)
Kalif and Rob were great! They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about my oil, and gave friendly, great service overall. My one recommendation, for management or the city: the standing water/pond that every car has to drive through to get an oil change is a problem. It's not just risky for cars and engines, it also means employees like Kalif and Rob end up getting under our cars with water dripping down on them while they work. Please get this addressed. No one should have to risk driving through flooded water just to get an oil change.
