What a group of courteous and friendly young individuals. I’m very impressed and appreciative. This was my first drive through experience and it was nice not having to come out of the car. However, being sensitive to heat and forgetting to roll down my windows before turning off the car, I was getting a bit too hot. A young lady named Alexis has taken notice of that and offered me cold water multiple times, said I could keep my door open and let me know right away that I could turn on the car/AC while waiting on another service that I wanted get done. The fact that she was so attentive and took notice of me being uncomfortable really touched me. Just from the way she talks and treats people, you could tell that she has a kind heart. The staff that worked on my car were very nice as well. They explained everything clearly and helped me choose the best services for my car. Definitely recommend to everyone to try them out and I will be back myself as well.
LSS/SSL, I’ve been a loyal customer here since before the new business even opened. The old owner was a great person, and the new owners have a pretty good staff as well. I bring my own oil point-blank and filter, so I get exactly what I pay for. I’ve been bringing my truck here since the new owner took over, and it came with six to seven free oil changes in the finance contract. However, I still don’t understand why a dealership wouldn’t take two to three hours to do an oil change. Then, they inflate the cost on top of wasting a large portion of my day. Even if you have an appointment, God forbid you try to walk in. Anyway, I appreciate you all!
I had a longer wait than expected during my visit to Take 5 Oil Change, but I still left with a really positive impression. The team was incredibly courteous, kind, and professional the entire time. They kept me informed, maintained great customer service, and made sure I felt valued despite the delay. What really stood out was that they offered a discount for the inconvenience, which showed they genuinely care about their customers. I truly appreciated the way they handled the situation and would definitely return because of their excellent service.
