When we arrived at Take 5 (Sept 2) in the morning, there were 4 cars ahead of us so it took a hot minute to even get into a bay. We were offered the usual water while we waited. Once in the bay, the service went fine, the normal time it should take to get an oil change. The 2 techs were friendly. They could have used more techs because these 2 were running both bays. My previous visits in Georgia there were 2 separate groups handling the bays so service was even quicker, as far as moving cars in and out. But still, the Deland shop did a great job. I would recommend Take 5 in DeLand.
I love this take five however I only go to this one when I am working as I live in Palm Coast. Corporate really needs to get them some help in there because there’s only ever three guys at this location whereas in Palm Coast you generally see about six or seven. The visit was great. They’re very pleasant and professional in my car is always taken well care of.
The service here is amazing! I went to get my oil change and even though I couldn’t do it because I did not plan for the price Brian and Justin was so sweet they still checked my oil to make sure I was safe and even clean my car window I will be back because of their amazing service. I vote that Brian and Justin get a good Pay raise.
