First time coming into here, As I normally go to the dealership. I was met by Chris, who was very polite gave me and my daughter an water’s and explained everything Including that it may take a bit more time than usual because they got a new system put in for place today. Was pulled into the bay within five minutes after they finished up the vehicles they had already there. Service then began and I was there for maybe an additional 20 minutes. Young gentleman named Brian was very helpful in explaining their services they offer and going over everything oil types, prices, recommendations. The gentleman Martin who seemed to be the manager was knowledgeable in helping them get the new system sorted and treated his coworkers/employees with respect as they navigated the new system. Was in and out in maybe 30 minutes. It is a little on the pricier side ($100 full synthetic vs. $70 at the dealership) but for the convenience and time I think it’s worth it for sure. All were very respectful, kind, and knowledgeable I will definitely be back.
I called customer service to get pricing and the rep was very professional and provided the prices I asked for. The rep offered a discount coupon for my oil change before we ended the call. It was a great ending to an already great call. I've visited the DeLand store before but it's been a while since I was last there. When I arrived there were no waiting customers, so I was taken care of right away. The techs were great and all went smoothly and quickly as expected.
When we arrived at Take 5 (Sept 2) in the morning, there were 4 cars ahead of us so it took a hot minute to even get into a bay. We were offered the usual water while we waited. Once in the bay, the service went fine, the normal time it should take to get an oil change. The 2 techs were friendly. They could have used more techs because these 2 were running both bays. My previous visits in Georgia there were 2 separate groups handling the bays so service was even quicker, as far as moving cars in and out. But still, the Deland shop did a great job. I would recommend Take 5 in DeLand.
