Very happy with the thorough service I received. The really hot guy with long blonde hair also noticed my coolant was off and did a flush. Car is running much better 💖 6/23/26: Jersey did an excellent job helping me in a pinch! I just needed my oil topped up today and there was a 40 minute wait. So he came by and topped it off for me real quick! That was a huge help since I was nearly late for work!
Had an oil change for the first time at Take 5 and I went to Clermont location on 27. There were 3 employees. Joel took the lead . I told him the history of my vehicle and he gave me my options and checked my transmission fluid because I couldn't find it which I really appreciated! I'm going back next paycheck to get something else done. Great communication in this business and will be back
Received outstanding customer service at the Clermont location on US-27 yesterday. My oil was changed and all the fluids, cabin and air filters and tire pressure were checked. The young man with the dark hair and glasses was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me that they would be doing and did a quality check after the work was completed. I’ll definitely be back.
