When I first arrived I was waiting for about 30 minutes, I was a little agitated as I just had gotten off a plane. Been up since 5am and know that it never takes that long at take 5 l, Colton & AJ understood my frustration and took great care of me. And even turned my mood around. Colton explained the previous customer took a bit longer than expected & they were down a worker. I apologize for any frustration I gave off. Thank you for still having great customer service.
Jianna and Colton were absolutely amazing when I came in today for my oil change. I was hesitant to bring my Mercedes Benz here because the dealership scares you into thinking if you take it elsewhere they will mess up your car but they answered all 500 of my questions and showed me the reccomendations and were patient while I goggled and Chat GPTd everything they said.. which all checked out. Thank you so much. You are both amazing.
I've never done a drive-thru oil change before, and was a bit hesitant about what the quality of service would be like here. Thankfully, I left this place with only positive thoughts. AJ was the one who attended to my Jeep. He was friendly & open to answering all of my questions. The employees here will give you advice, but not with a pushy attitude so that you feel pressured. The prices were a little on the higher side, but I figure you also pay for the efficiency of service with the oil change. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, after an oil change, engine air filter replacement, and cabin filter replacement. Overall, I would come back to Take 5.
