James and Josue did their thing. Grateful for James' professionalism and social skills. I'd also like to mention that one-time, unrelated to an oil change, I broke down after hours at this location and the Assistant Manager at the time was extremely kind and, although it was past his working hours, he took the time to inspect my car, told me what was going on and he was right, and advised me on what to do next. Very grateful
All 3 gentleman we're wonderful. I love the fact they really took care of me. Ice cold Bottle water instantly handed it to me. Love it!! One young man proceeded to drain the oil and brought me my airfilter and he held it up in the light (sun) so I could see that it wasn't dirty. It was good to go forward. and of course yes a New oil filter. Love coming here to get my oil changed. I don't go any where else for this. Going back in 2 weeks for air conditioning check up. Great job young men.
My experience at the Bartow take 5 was probably the best service I have ever had for oil change. Damian, Breanna and another gentleman worked on my car. I was greeted immediately, offered cold water, and serviced quickly. I will highly recommend to my friends.
