I love this place, I hate going out among the other humans lol so this option makes sure I still get my oil changes on schedule. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly, and while they do offer add ons, there is absolutely no pressure. I also like that going to the same spot means they have a record of what I already got done and they give me a recap just for my information. I'll be going back as long as I live around here! Updating with the names of my technicians! I always see Cam and now Kenny as well, great service continues! Updating again 8-13 for the wonderful techs that took care of me yesterday!
James and Josue did their thing. Grateful for James' professionalism and social skills. I'd also like to mention that one-time, unrelated to an oil change, I broke down after hours at this location and the Assistant Manager at the time was extremely kind and, although it was past his working hours, he took the time to inspect my car, told me what was going on and he was right, and advised me on what to do next. Very grateful
They were very patient with me today when my AMEX card didn't go through. I found out there was a hold on it I never had removed. Once it was removed (after 20 minutes) I was able to finally cash out. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 was because after I left and looked at my receipt I noticed I was charged for an oil filter that was not replaced because the one I had Damien showed me was still really clean. I watched them put the original back in the car yet I was still charged $6.99 for it. Not worth driving back to address but overall still a 4 star!
