Went in for a simple oil change. The tech that helped me was surprisingly professional and knowledgeable. They try to upsell services but I'm happy I listened to him regarding changing my differential fluid. Thought I had a bad bearing since the car would grind while turning, but turns out I just needed the fluid replace which HE offered because he noticed he didn't find any information about me getting it change (which I haven't done for two years/ over 30,000 miles). Now the van doesn't makes sounds while turning. They do good. I'm happy. Saved me 10x the amount if I decided to look into a bearing replacement.
This is by far one of the nicest and most upfront professional places Ive been in a long time! Very well spoken easy going and great customer service/care! The manger changed my fuel filters and went to the auto part store to get a new lid because the old one was not working properly. I cannot thank that whole team crew enough for the care and service super helpful and very knowledgeable! I will definitely be coming back with more vehicles and also to my friends and family. Thank you guys again so much. Truly appreciate you!
As always, it is SO convenient to come by and have them work on my car! I have always found that their pricing is VERY reasonable, especially with being able to stay in my car and know that I get a cool bottle of water, friendly service, needed recommendations (no pressure selling) and it's QUICK!!
