⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zane at Take 5 Oil Change provided excellent service! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience quick and easy. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. It’s refreshing to receive great customer service from someone who goes above and beyond. Zane is a great asset to the team, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Zane if you want your vehicle taken care of right!
Best service I have ever received getting an oil change. They were Incredibly fast, I was in and out (without leaving my vehicle) in no more than maybe 10 minutes. Upon arrival I was given a bottle of water. All staff I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was pushed upon me that I did not want or could afford. Other companies (you know the one in particular) are such a headache and trying to sell you everything and anything besides what you came in for. This was just such a breath of fresh air. It was my first time at Take5 and I will go back for every oil change (maybe some other select services as well) in the future. Very impressed and took no time out of my day at all! Thank you guys for a smooth experience.
Easy, quick and I didn’t even have to get out of my car. Staff was pleasant and joked a bit with me. Trusted my memory with what I got changed last time I was in, and was able to verify through their systems what work was due.
