Best service I have ever received getting an oil change. They were Incredibly fast, I was in and out (without leaving my vehicle) in no more than maybe 10 minutes. Upon arrival I was given a bottle of water. All staff I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was pushed upon me that I did not want or could afford. Other companies (you know the one in particular) are such a headache and trying to sell you everything and anything besides what you came in for. This was just such a breath of fresh air. It was my first time at Take5 and I will go back for every oil change (maybe some other select services as well) in the future. Very impressed and took no time out of my day at all! Thank you guys for a smooth experience.
Went in for a simple oil change. The tech that helped me was surprisingly professional and knowledgeable. They try to upsell services but I'm happy I listened to him regarding changing my differential fluid. Thought I had a bad bearing since the car would grind while turning, but turns out I just needed the fluid replace which HE offered because he noticed he didn't find any information about me getting it change (which I haven't done for two years/ over 30,000 miles). Now the van doesn't makes sounds while turning. They do good. I'm happy. Saved me 10x the amount if I decided to look into a bearing replacement.
I’ve been to multiple Take 5s across the country and the Broomfield shop may just be my favorite. Knowledgeable staff, minimal wait times and I didn’t feel like I was pressured to buy anything I didn’t want too. My coolant was terrible and I knew it was, they recommended the service and my cars been running better every since 10/10 would come back
