Gustavo and his team were amazing . They treated me like a queen . Inspite of my experience with Rocky down the street. ROCKY refused to serve me i had becoming to that location on 20 sttreet indaian school for over two years he was very rude and agressive they told me to leave and serviced another customer that was white lady . I went to Gustavo and his team welcomed me and got me out in a timely manner great service gave them a raise they are a great location
My last visit to Take 5 located in the corner of 7th St. and Indian School was on July 9th and it was phenomenal! The staff members working that day (William, Krystal and another young man (I don"t remember his name), were all so nice, friendly, and efficient. He checked my levels, checked air filters, etc while oil was changed and made the whole experience enjoyable. It was also a fairly speedy process which made it even better and I love the way they show you everything they're doing, down to showing the levels and color of the new oil after change. I highly recommend them but will dlsay i went at 830 in the morning and there was no wait.
I took my car to Take5 on Indian Rd in PHX. They were so nice and so informative! They took care of my oil change super fast (10 min) and helped me with my tires as well! I am super picky about where I go and I’m so happy I came here because it was super fast, convenient and really kind! Krystal was amazing!
