Krystal was so kind and helpful only running the shop with her and one other employee (that I could see at least) very orderly and quick. Take 5 is always so hospitable, always giving out water and making sure your windows are up so the air can be on for as long as possible, and Krystal exceeded that expectation. Take 5 offers several discounts and has many coupons as well making services affordable. 100% recommend Take 5 in general but especially this one!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was professional, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly without any pressure and made the entire process quick and easy. The pricing was very fair, and I felt like I received excellent value for the service. Best of all, they lived up to their name—the oil change was fast, and I was back on the road in no time. I have always come to take five for oil changes, and my experience a few days ago assured my return. Gustavo and Josh are the sweetest, helpful and knowledgeable techs. I’m surprised they aren’t managers, they handled every question with grace and kindness. And they did not try to upsell me on services that are completely unnecessary, that kind of loyalty and honesty are what keeps me coming back (I hate companies that upsell just to make more money and do not give their employees well-deserved raises). Give Gustavo and Josh a raise and/or promotion!!!
