I want to say thank you guys at take five all change. You guys did a good service. Sorry I did not get the two workers' names at the time of service they were communicating with me let me know the next step in the process of how it goes. I am a first-time customer and I was impressed with the service the gentleman there offered me a bottle of cold water that's kudos to you and the wait time was quick and I was out of there for my next appointment on time. Thank you so much.
Came to get an oil change after a few thousand miles over… oops. As soon as we arrived we were offered a water, thank you for the lovely start. We waited a bit and rolled up to Gustavo who shared the oil change options with us. While sitting there patiently waiting we watched the team work seamlessly to take care of everything. Gustavo was super helpful and efficient and made sure our military discount was applied, which was really nice. Glad this business supports our veterans. AND THEN THEY CLEANED MY WINDSHIELD so we were sparkling clean on the way out. Come on top notch customer service all around. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ See ya next time! P.S. shout out to Jeremy, we love fast direct and reliable service, thank you. 😊
Gustavo and his team were amazing . They treated me like a queen . Inspite of my experience with Rocky down the street. ROCKY refused to serve me i had becoming to that location on 20 sttreet indaian school for over two years he was very rude and agressive they told me to leave and serviced another customer that was white lady . I went to Gustavo and his team welcomed me and got me out in a timely manner great service gave them a raise they are a great location
