I want to give a shout out to the team at take 5 that took this Californian and treated me like family. I was in need of an immediate oil change and Nations Finest recommended this disabled veteran check them out. Let me tell you, if you’re moving into town like me or just passing through and it’s an emergency. This location is super well mannered, patient and makes the process comfortable. My tech team was Ryan, Josh and Freddy and I got to meet the manager he introduced himself to my mother and I. We felt like we have been part of the community for years and we just got here. God bless them and their team.
Ive been going to them since they opened. They were fast so it was worth it. I was paying $86...then I went last week n it wasn't fast, took about 45 minutes. But it was $62. Today I took our other car n it was $112. Each time they said their prices went up but I think their getting over ....when I asked them why the price difference they didn't have a reason other than thier prices went up. I won't go back there. That's real shady
Considering the team was very short staffed, service was excellent. The technician thanked me for my patience and let me know that both the manager and assistant manager were on vacation leaving just him and the “lead” tech to cover the shop. Both men were friendly and professional. They didn’t rush my service to try to get through the line that had begun to form behind me.
