Considering the team was very short staffed, service was excellent. The technician thanked me for my patience and let me know that both the manager and assistant manager were on vacation leaving just him and the “lead” tech to cover the shop. Both men were friendly and professional. They didn’t rush my service to try to get through the line that had begun to form behind me.
7/24 Oil change, fluids checked, tires check, and filters. Great service, polite, kind, respectful, water for us, treat for our Allie(dog). I must say, I have the utmost respect for these guys, I don't know how they work in this Bullhead City heat. We're repeat customers and will continue. Love our Take 5 guys, thank you We were greeted with a cold bottle of water and a smile, and I'm sorry I did get his name, hopefully he knows who I'm talking about. Anthony and this gentleman were very polite, respectful, pleasant. (I'm sorry again, I didn't get his name). Even offered our puppy a treat. We are repeat customers and will continue to be. Thank you
I've been coming to this location for 2 years now. Always pleasant, efficient, never pushy on extra services. A simple showing of the suggested old part and an offer to replace. They call out what they're checking so there is a (double check) taking place. Also suggesting to check out online coupons. I have confidence in the end result of my visits.
