Outstanding customer service at Take 5 Oil Change! I want to give a special shoutout to Mica for providing such exceptional service! This was my first visit, and although this location was short-staffed, Mica handled everything with professionalism, provided water, patience, and a positive attitude. She was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I received excellent service. I highly recommend and will definitely be back for All future services!!! Outstanding service!!!
This is my place. They always have great service, excellent vibes and nice people working there. Hard working people. The prices are competitive, check Google for busy times but I’ve never been there more than hour. The whole time, I’m in the comfort of my car. I appreciate that. Did you know they do radiator flushes? More than a place to get your oil changed and if you do, you can expect free top offs if needed in between service. This is my place <3
Always fast , but they are so helpful I’m not very car savvy but when I go without my husband , they are patient and helpful and explain everything to me . I definitely don’t mind sitting in the car with my water while they do the work and I’m subscribed so I always get great coupons via text or email also they changed my cabinet filter for me which I didn’t even know it was a thing at all until he pulled it out. Thank ya”ll
