About 5 years ago, I had such a terrible experience at this location that I actually took the time to leave a very detailed and somewhat scathing review. My goal was to share with others – buyers beware. However, having understood from a friend that the staff had possibly changed I visited this location on the evening of June 18. It was immediately clear that the overall attitude and reception was completely different from my last experience. The three young men working there were exceptionally helpful, friendly, polite, and professional. It bears noting, they also were genuinely cooperative with one another - and that really does make a difference when you're not having to absorb the tension of others. They were extremely receptive to my concerns and hesitation and were communicative through the process. And maybe you're telling yourself that I'm expecting too much out of an oil change. The reality is, however, they're performing a necessary service on a vehicle for which I have either paid or I'm paying and I expect for my concerns to be considered. In this event, they absolutely were and I am incredibly grateful. My appreciation specifically is for Kevin, Jamison, and Ian. At a time in our world where it is difficult to find positive and engaged Customer Service for the most basic tasks, these 3 young men raised the bar to where it should be.

The first time I’ve gotten my Ram 1500 serviced outside of the dealership. Decided to check out Take 5 in Terrell, Tx. Ashton was super friendly and explained all the options throughly. I normally avoided quick service centers because of up-selling and mistakes due to moving to quickly. There was No Up-Selling > Jamison and Eric took their time and meticulously went through every step. A lot of people seem to care only about speed but I had much rather them take time and not miss anything . When I arrived there was one car ahead of me and still out the door in under 20 mins.. They have online coupons that deem very valuable as I saved $25 off on this visit . This will be my service center for all my vehicles in the future .

Kevin and Ian were awesome! Kevin was doing all the upsale to me hehe, but it felt like honest recommendations for the things I had to replace (compared to say jiffy lube upsale tactics). Pricing is not remarkable but competitive for the area I suppose. Overall felt like great and personalized customer service. Thank you guys!
