This was my first time visiting the Take 5 Mesquite location, even though I’ve been a loyal Take 5 customer for several years, and I was genuinely impressed. Byron provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured into purchasing additional services. The entire team was welcoming, efficient, and made the oil change quick and hassle-free. They took the time to explain what they were doing, checked everything thoroughly, verified my oil level, topped off my fluids, and made sure my vehicle was ready to go before I left. I appreciated the attention to detail and the care they put into the service, it gave me confidence that the job was done right. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future oil changes and highly recommend Byron and his team. Five-star service all around! Thank you for making my first visit such a positive one. Highly recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Mesquite. From the moment I pulled up, the manager, Jeremy, was very attentive. He immediately brought me a bottle of water, asked what service I needed, and made sure I was placed in a line that was moving quickly. Jeremy was extremely professional—not only in the way he interacted with customers, but also in the way he managed and communicated with his employees. You could tell that his team respected him, and he maintained a positive and organized environment while making sure customers were taken care of. Jeremy is an excellent manager and provided outstanding customer service. I will definitely return to this location because of the experience he provided!
The manager at town east blvd actualy worked on my car a 2018 Nissan rogue that my son just bought me I’ve been taking my Honda fit sport which is a 2007 car. They are some 2016. I had a coupon for $25 off of the oil change and he needed it needed an air filter under the hood and he the manager actually worked on my car. He gave me a coupon for $10 off and check the air filter inside the car which you told me was wrong filter and then he told me that I needed to have a flush and fill of my radiator. He is actually works on the floor not just sitting in the office. I’ve been going there 10 years. I would recommend it Hailee and the manager’s name is Jeremy.
