I was given a bottle of water before I got any service. The Guys @ this location are the best. They were very informing and personable. Even the one they call "Sour". He's really sweet. Best oil change experience ever.💯 They all worked together. Wish I could remember their names. I do recall Chris and Jermaine A/k/A Sour. 😝 At least that's what the coworkers called him, but he was not so sour after all. If you get the chance stop by and get a Great oil change and memorable experience. I will definitely be going back in the future. Wish I could give more stars. 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥😍😍😍😍😍😍
My original review was from a few years ago, so I wanted to provide an updated/recent review, as of August 2026. I’ve been to this location three times now and the car service and customer service are still top notch. The guy who did my oil change last year did it again this year and he’s consistently kind, helpful and willing to answer my questions. I had to wait over an hour but there were a lot of people in line for a Sunday. Usually I go during the week, so I appreciate that they were open on Sunday because I decided to get the service at the last minute. Anyway, all three bays were occupied and had at least three cars waiting in each line when I arrived. The guys working were kind enough to offer us waters while we waited as it was a very hot day. Once it was my turn, it didn’t take longer than about 20 minutes for them to get done. I highly recommend Take 5 (particularly the location on Hillcroft and Westheimer in Houston) for your oil changes. They don’t try to upsell you on unnecessary maintenance or extras and they are quick.
It was time to do oil change and service for my vehicle and I decided to use Take 5 along Hilcroft & Westhimer, Houston, TX. The service went to so well and Jermaine and Team were so helpful, efficient, provided excellent and professional service and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle. Thank you Team Take 5 @ Hilcroft, Houston, TX🙏🏼😊‼️
