I have been having issues with my car and Q and his team from day one gave me good information. The car dealership wants to blame take five for something they didn't do, however Q and his team checked everything over at no cost and even showed me proof before and after the work they done. Now to take it a step further they gave me good recommendations to where to take my car and get fixed way cheaper than $4/50000! I highly recommend Q and his team for your oil change needs!!! I'm so thankful until God for sending me to this take five location and for Q going way above and beyond!
Pulled into the bay with State Inspection sign, a guy comes out & holds up his hand to stop, then shews his hand to indicate I needed to back up & continues to give me a dirty look. Comes to my window & stares at me, not a word out of his mouth so I said, Hi, I’d like to get my car inspected. Is there inspector here? He says yes & walks off. Then signals me to pull forward, walks off again. Never says another word to me. Another gentleman walks up & asks if he can help, I say I need my car inspected. He hands me a bottle of water, very nice since it was 100° outside. He was awesome! We chatted & laughed & had a good conversation! I was going to leave after the rudeness of the first guy but glad I didn’t. I’m pretty sure the inspector was the manager. He even washed my windshield for me. He is the reason I’m giving 4 stars otherwise it would be -4. Moral of the story, ask for the manager!!
I went to this location today to get my oil change. I didn't have to wait long to get service. LJ was amazing! He was very attentive and very professional. Senon was great too! He worked effectively to get everything done for my car. LJ and Senon make a great team! Side note; there were no fans outside for the workers there. Every locations I have been to had huge industrial fans for the workers. I believe there should be installed because this heat is insane!
