My very first time going to Take 5, and I will DEFINITELY be back!!!! Customer service is EXCELLENT, and the staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest!❤️ As a female, sometimes we are very afraid that companies will take advantage of us due to some of our lack of knowledge about car repairs and care. But, I felt very comfortable trusting everything that the staff recommended doing. Thank y’all so much for looking out for me!❤️ See y’all soon!
This place was amazing. Staff was friendly and very quick, they did a wonderful job, but need to slow down just a little to make sure everything is put back together as it needs to be. After leaving there I noticed my vehicle idling really bad, even cut off a few times. At first I thought it was just the sensitive of these new trucks, but after getting home I realized that they had not put my air filter housing back together properly and was causing a issue with my air flow sensor to read improperly. Had to take it back off and connect it correctly back together. It fixed the issue immediately. So just because you can do it fast, you still need to make sure yall do it properly.
My first time getting my oil changed for me instead of changing it myself! The woman who helped me was SO HELPFUL! She kept me informed through the whole process and checked other parts of my car to ensure it was working properly. When I told her I had just bought my vehicle a few weeks ago, she suggested a coolant flush and made a good case for it! I agreed and got it flushed! And the coolant she flushed out was NASTY!! She showed me the old coolant and I was so grateful that she made the suggestion! Not only were they friendly, the process was super fast. For both the oil change and the coolant flush it took about 20ish minutes total! I believe her name was Ashley? Its been a few days since I went so I have forgotten her name! But i have to shout her out! Brownish/black hair, light eyes and had some tattoos! She said she was up for management position and I think she would be an excellent fit based off my experience! I'll be back in August for my oil change/top off!
