I’m traveling across the country and stopped for a quick oil change before getting back on the road. Morgan greeted me with such a great attitude and was so kind! She made everything simple and straightforward. Todd, the manager, was one of the guys performing the oil change on my car and he was professional and kind, personable and ensured I had a great experience and that everyone treated me well. You can tell the work environment he creates is professional and fun, leading to a great place to both work and get your car serviced!! That would be my spot for every oil change if I lived in Cheyenne!

So fast and friendly. From the moment I pulled up I felt like a valued customer. Was given a nice cold bottle of water as Gwen introduced herself. The communication was awesome throughout. Todd the manager came over and personally introduced himself and explained all the perks. Yes there are extra perks! Todd as the manager was also one of the guys up top working on my car right along with the rest of the crew, not sitting back in an air conditioned office. I love that! The price was about $5 more than I have been paying, but it is on my side of town and only took 10min to complete. And there are extra perks as mentioned previously that I have never had before. I highly recommend checking them out!!

Levi and Angie are absolutely amazing here at Take 5!! Got us all squared away with literally every vehicle concern we had and did it so quick!!!! I recommend this to anyone who needs their oil changed. Free top offs, air in tires and windshield cleans with every single oil change up to 3000 miles or 3 months (whichever comes first!) Take 5 where have you been all my life?? Customer service is top notch! Well worth the few extra bucks to come here!! Thank you ❤️❤️

We have used Take 5 in the past in different state. And never disappoint us as we sat in our car and watch this crew took car of us and showed us how dirty our air filter was and gave us a military discount. They even showed how they doubled checked the oil level and showed us on the stick. This place is amazing as they all worked as a team and very informative. I am from Alaska and we could use a Take 5 there.
