I had a great experience getting my oil change here. I was promptly greeted when I arrived and given a bottle of water and a snack for my child. The staff was friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. The service was quick, yet they were still very thorough while they worked on my vehicle, and they didn’t try to pressure me into any unnecessary add-ons, which I really appreciated. I have visited this location multiple times now and have received nothing but great service that makes me want to return.

The guys showed me everything that needed done was going to be done and explained how they knew and even showed me. While doing the work they showed step by step the things and amounts taken out and put back in. The guys were so kind and friendly. I felt more secure as a vehicle owner knowing there were people like this who were doing honest work. I will definitely be back!

Andrew Rowlett,From the moment we arrived it was 100% worth it! The gentleman didn't hesitate to offer us waters and as soon as he noticed the kids, he offered them juice and fruit snacks!! That right there was 100% a family oriented place. They had us in and out in between 15-30min. Checked all our fluids and topped them off and made sure to show us everything was full and we were satisfied before we left! 100% will be back to reup our fluids and oil changes from now on.

The crew worked with practiced ease and professional acumen. Take 5 offers a good price and a military discount but that means little if the service is subpar but the crew in Charleston just re-enforces all the reasons I patronize Take 5 over all it's competitors.
