Emma, and both Gabe were very helpful with our tundra oil change. Walmart couldn’t take off the oil filter and I was worried going somewhere else that would charge a lot or couldn’t take off the filter. Thankfully this team did that & eased my stress. Take 5 is cheaper after shopping around and they also take military discount! They thanked us for our service and educated us what they offer for free on top of our oil service. Thank you Emma and both Gabe’s for great customer service keep up the great work we will definitely be coming back.

The service here was excellent! As someone who works in customer service myself, I really appreciate when a business goes above and beyond, and they definitely did. They took the time to explain what my car needed instead of just trying to sell me services, which I really appreciated. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. A special shoutout to Emma! She was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. It's refreshing to see a woman thriving in a field that's often male-dominated—she was knowledgeable, confident, and awesome at what she does. During the time of them doing the work, they gave great explanation of what was going on. 1 time ever going they did a Check Fax Sheet to see which service has not been done on my vehicle. Friendly, informational, fast service, answered all my questions that I had, and patience. Thank you My second time returnig to Take 5 Oil Change.
