I went to the 14606 Pacific Ave S., Tacoma WA, where I met Chris, Nick, and Luke. I own a 1977 CJ5 Jeep with a 350 small block V8 motor. They knew actually what to do to provide me an oil change and change the fluid in the rear end differential gear box. I was completely satisfied with their knowledge and expertise to ensure my little green jeep received excellent care. Also deeply grateful to Take 5 for looking out for military veterans and retirees. Good stuff!

I went to get my oil changed for the first time and they were very welcoming and they gave me fruit snacks and water which was nice, since it was a hot day! I was helped by Chris the manager, and he educated me on the whole process, which I really appreciate. They also checked all of my fluids and topped them off, and replaced the cabin filter and it was nicely scented! They also honored my military discount! All in all, it was a great experience and I will be back.

The owner/manager Chris is an amazing guy. He was very helpful explaining everything. They don’t upsell you anything and just give recommendations. They aren’t pushy. They really care about their customers. My splash guard was coming off and he had his crew put a new one on free of charge. He was concerned for my safety and driving and did that service for me. I really enjoy these guys and love to honk/wave when they are waving signs on pacific ave. Great crew.

These guys were very friendly, professional, and fast. I decided to try them out as an alternative to my usual Jiffy Lube service. I have a high mileage vehicle with 250,000+ miles on it and never once has Jiffy Lube recommended that I drain and replace my coolant, which should be done a bare minimum every 100,000 miles. The worker I was interacting with the most, Chris, showed me my car's Carfax history and we reviewed it together to see that the coolant had never been replaced. I loved how transparent they were about everything. I would definitely recommend these guys for your next oil exchange service!

The service was quick, professional and I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything I didn’t need. Usually places try to get the most out of customers but their preventative recommendations on maintenance to keep my car running was appreciated. Also the only oil change place I’ve ever been offered water and fruit snacks lol will be returning!
