1000% recommend this place! Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. Tyler provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond. He gave treats to my dog and my kids, performed a complimentary full vehicle inspection, and never once made me feel pressured to buy anything. They even cleaned my windshield, checked and aired up my tires, and took care of several other little details I’m probably forgetting. I’ve never had an oil change experience that made me feel so well taken care of and pampered. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, outstanding service!
Amber Wallway,I love this place!!!!! They are super efficient and quick. Tyler the manager worked with me for the most part this last time and he was wonderful!! He was honest and didn’t up sale me on things that didn’t need to be done, which I really appreciate! He gave me the information in a way I understood. He made sure that I knew what was being done, what needed to be done to give me and my vehicle the most value for my money. I also asked about my blinker light because I noticed it was starting to go out. This is not part of the service but Tyler checked it for me anyways. He then told me where to get the light and how to do it, bring it back into him anytime so he was switch it out for me free of charge. Again I love this place!
kristin carter,The price was great in comparison to other oil change companies in the area. With the coupon of 25% off. We usually go to Walmart in which Walmart is obviously cheaper the reason why we didn’t go there this time is because they didn’t have availability when we needed it. However we had a very pleasant experience with Take 5. In a pinch we will be back to get an oil change. The prices are high regarding filters so I went the self install route but without them revealing they needed changed I wouldn’t have known. I got a free water as I waited and Fred , Sebastion, and David were kind and helpful.

I've never been to a service shop where everybody is smiling when you pull up, and I'll tell you what, it's going to be a long time before I ever go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced, they were super fast, very thorough, and had no problems breaking down the information as they performed their inspection. jamin trent,Great first experience. As soon as I pulled up, one of the guys brought a water bottle and offered it for free. A quick few minutes later they had me pull into the garage where they quickly checked the air filter, and other small things in the engine. The oil change took less than 10 minutes, and it was my first time in the vehicle. Great service, good honest recommendations, and a quick in and out. These guys get it done quick and right. I'm definitely heading back on my next oil change.
