I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change today! Shane, Matthew, and Luke were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind from start to finish. You can really tell they work well together as a team, and they made the whole experience quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. I truly appreciated how friendly and respectful they were, and they’ve definitely earned a loyal customer. I’ll be coming here for all my oil changes from now on. Highly recommend!

This has by far one of the best teams I have encountered. They communicated with me and explained a few things none of the other Take 5s have!! I feel so bad because I forgot one of the young men’s name that assisted me Friday 5.15.26. One of them was Matt I believe! I stopped by that morning around 7:50/8am. They were just such an incredible team to engage with! As someone who preaches customer service to my team at work. These guys …..no notes!

Immediately greeted with a smile and a warer ❤️ While I did have to wait a bit for service, I still received top notch care. The shop manager there is absolutely phenomenal! Not only was he professional, he was fantastic at telling me exactly what was going on while teaching his new employees. They've only been open about a month so they're still finding their groove, but they have definitely earned themselves a regular customer with me!

Everyone was polite. The spoke to me not at me, especially when explaining their services and which service would benefit my vehicle the most. A cold bottle of water was offered as i pulled up as well as when I was leaving. The employees were insync with each other and worked as a team which lead to quality service. Even though the price was kind of high; I may become a regular customer i love great service and no real wait time. They get you in and out

His positive attitude and friendly smile really stood out—it’s not something you see everywhere.
