They opened promptly at 7 a.m., which I really appreciated, and they even remembered me from when I called the day before. That level of attention and customer service made me feel valued right away. Jo was very professional and welcoming, and Scott was efficient and thorough while working on my vehicle. The whole process was quick, smooth, and pleasant. My partner and I had a wonderful experience here! The assistant manager and manager were both incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable — exactly the kind of people you hope to encounter when bringing in your vehicle. The assistant manager took his time to explain things to us and was just overall a very pleasant and genuine person. What really stood out was the communication. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and the entire staff worked seamlessly as a team. They shared something new to us and important to know about our vehicle that we seriously appreciated learning. As far as oil changes go, this was about as pleasant as it gets. We'll definitely be back!

I visited Take 5 on 29 for an oil change . Through the whole service they communicated in a way that made me feel relaxed and that everything would be taken care of. They also made sure I knew everything they offered and what they would be doing with the oil change. Everyone was polite and respectful through the service. I highly recommend them for your oil change or any other services.

During my oil change I was given the best customer service. During my time there a huge guatnof wind came through the bay causing the computer screen to fall backwards off the stand, down the stairs. The Mgr Jo was mortified. He immediately went down to make sure nobody was hurt & recover the computer. I felt terrible for him & wanted to make sure he was commended on his professionalism. From getting icy-cold water and treats for my dog to the services, the crew was such a pleasure to work with. They didn't oversell anything, which was nice. Extremely friendly staff and management, and it was crazy fast! I love that they offer free fluid top-offs, and even after you leave, you can come back for more top-offs. I am only visiting the area, but I HIGHLY recommend this place.
