Went to take 5 Oil in New Braunfels, off odmf Walnut Ave, across from Walmart. They were very busy but they made sure I had cold water while I waited. Once I got in for the service, Walt, was my technician. He was great. He explained everything to me that was going on and had a fantastic car side manner. The manager was giving him a hard time in a joking way, and Walt took it all with a grain of salt, and would just smile at him. They all did a great job, I will be going back and recommending them as well Good job Walt.

My vehicle was serviced for the first time at the Take5 on FM 3009. They were absolute professionals exhibiting the best of Texas Southern hospitality putting me in good spirits on one the the first hottest days of Summer. Let me tell you, I'm terrible with names but these guys were hard to forget. Rebecca, Mia, Jude and Nate, loved their job. Walked me through every procedure and explained why it was important. Asked if I needed water. Every request was polite and respectful. This is definitely my "go to" Take 5 shop, and I live past Seguin😂. Rebecca, Mia, Nate and Jude I salute you!🫡 Continue to spread that good 'ol Texas Southern Hospitality with a big heaping side of professionalism. "Y'all did good ya hear!" I appreciate all you guys. Die Mitarbeiter beraten kompetent, verständlich und ehrlich. Sowohl die männlichen als auch die weiblichen Teammitglieder sind sehr höflich, respektvoll und kommunikativ. Man fühlt sich als Kunde ernst genommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Qualität von Öl und Service ist konstant gut. Darüber hinaus helfen die Mitarbeiter auch bei zusätzlichen Kontrollen und kleinen Serviceleistungen, wie dem Reinigen der Scheiben, dem Nachfüllen von Flüssigkeiten, der Überprüfung des Luftfilters und der Scheibenwischer sowie der Kontrolle des Reifendrucks und dem Aufpumpen der Reifen bei Bedarf. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass sich die Mitarbeiter Zeit nehmen, den Kunden wichtige Informationen verständlich zu erklären und sinnvolle Empfehlungen zu geben. Es gibt sogar Getränke für die Kunden – das mag nach einer Kleinigkeit klingen, aber in Deutschland ist so etwas keineswegs selbstverständlich. Deshalb ist es für mich ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt, der zeigt, dass hier Wert auf Kundenservice gelegt wird. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass dies auch in Zukunft die Werkstatt sein wird, zu der ich und meine Familie für Ölwechsel kommen werden. As always my oil change experience was amazing, I’ve been here 3 times and every time the technicians are attentive, informative, and kind. I like to understand the process, and they will always take the time to explain to me what to look for in an air filter, oil change, etc. Today I had Cameron (the shop manager !), and he was the best! I’d highly recommend Take 5. Not once have they ever tried to upsell me, or do anything crazy which I’ve experienced at other places. I’ll always come back here !

Outstanding service and teamwork . Always ready to go above and beyond. Every one there professional. I spoke with manager about cover been loose. He’s reply was that it was noted on previous visit. My response was no one ever told me about it other than been noted. This time. I went to Port A, and on the way, lots of noise from under car, it so happened that cover came completely loose, had to stop and completely took it off. Other than this small hiccup, everything is well.
