I had an incredible experience at Take 5—huge thanks to Khee and Chris for going above and beyond. I was stranded and needed to get back to Dallas, and they stepped in immediately to help me get oil into my Audi and safely back on the road. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They even offered me water while my car cooled down, which meant a lot given the situation. It’s rare to come across employees who not only know what they’re doing but also truly care about the customer experience. Khee and Chris are a huge asset to this location—Take 5 is lucky to have them.

I had a great experience at this place. Their customer service is truly admirable — everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived. They made the whole oil change process quick and easy, and I really appreciated how welcoming they were. It’s definitely the kind of place that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend!

I had one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time at the Take 5 Oil Change in Manor, Texas, and it’s entirely because of the incredible team there, especially Zac and Kee. From the moment I pulled in, they were welcoming, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. You can tell when people are just doing a job versus when they genuinely care about the customer experience, and Zac and Kee absolutely care. They communicated everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the entire visit feel easy and comfortable. What really impressed me was Kee going above and beyond. My cabin air filter was packed with leaves and debris, and instead of just pointing it out or trying to sell me something, he actually took the time to clean it out for me. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail says a lot about the kind of person and technician he is. It is rare to see that kind of extra effort these days, and it did not go unnoticed. Zac and Kee are the kind of employees every company hopes to have. Hard working, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers. They made what is normally just a routine oil change feel like exceptional service. If management is reading this, these two deserve real recognition. They represent your company incredibly well. Five stars is not enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

WONDERFUL fast, friendly, and thorough service! I stopped by on my way home after my car being serviced by another location that had unfortunately did not complete the service checklist included with my oil change. The gentlemen at this location were extremely kind and patient with me explaining this, and with no hesitation proceeded to touch up everything the other location missed, as well as make sure I didn’t have any questions about anything else before I left. Truly above and beyond, especially considering my purchase was not made at this Manor location. I will be coming to this location for all of my future oil changes!

My experience was really great both of the young men who were there were very professional and polite. They have great customer service. I will definitely be going back and referring other people to that location. They were both so wonderful. And when my coupon that the lady on the phone sent me did not work the young man had another coupon for me different amount, but that was OK. He still helped me save 20 bucks. Even though I live in Bastrop, the drive was worth it and they again were so professional. What I love they weren’t pushy about extra things that I possibly needed. They just informed me and let me decide if I was gonna get that done that day or not.
