Cambio de aceite en Lubbock TX 79407 - Take 5 #445

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW i would. I put 5 so that it could be seen by others. I normally don’t write reviews, but they were incredibly rude. :( i told them many times that i just wanted an oil change, and the guy came up to me asking for unnecessary add-ons maybe 6 more times. I don’t know too much about cars and it’s like they were feeding off of that, trying to sway me to add other things on and making me feel like i was incompetent. first, they seemed annoyed that my hood wouldn’t pop up, (older car) so it took a second to unlock. second, everytime i told the guy that i didn’t want to add anything else on he’d go to his co-workers and talk and they’d say something and then look and point at me, which as a customer made me feel very uncomfortable. They did this right in front of me, where I could see what they were talking about. third, after i pulled out i looked in my rear view mirror and saw the other workers push the guy that was helping me in a playful manner for our interaction. it rubbed me the completely wrong way. That isn’t everything either, i’ve been to this location previously and had a good experience but this last time will be the very last time I get my oil changed at take 5.

I went to the 19th street bigger location and the service was amazing! They ran out to my car, greeted me, asked about water and helped fix my oil very quickly. Everyone that walked by my car said something and smiled. They were honest and professional and I truly appreciate that! Always go back to Take 5 because yall take great care of me and my care. I think my service tech was Duncan?

Xavier and Elaina, Rick and John, we’re very thorough and informative about every detail they did servicing my vehicle for an oil change that I have purchased with take five. The service was amazing 10 out of 10 please give a round of applause to these guys. They are definitely worth keeping to make the company bigger than who they are. It’s good to be back home in Lubbock, Texas and to find out that we have Oil techs like this to make me feel safe back on the road with in my vehicle with my family, not only that they service me very well. I had left my card at the shop right away. Xavier gave me a call and informed me that my card was left stating that he would wait for me even after hours until I got my card thank you Xavier shout out.

They were very thorough and fast. They were very respectful to me. I was very amazed at how they conducted their business. HUNTER explained what besides oil change I needed done. He didn’t pressure me at all which sometimes happens when old women get stuff done. He showed me filthy filters and explained a coolant thing I needed done. I will certainly give this young man my business going forward. This review was the first time a couple years ago. Just had my oil changed again for the 3rd or 4th time. Same respect, same speed only Ernest (I think) helped me. I have always received great service and had things explained to me where I understand. Keep up the Good work.

Outstanding customer service and great professionalism. I took daughters’s honda Civic there to see how they would do on oil change and filters. I know I can send her there next time I am not in town and they will do a good job. Kudos to all mechanics and workers at this location. The price was decent especially after the coupon.
