great service great worker communication i took my truck here expecting quick service i saw they were super busy and trying there best to get everything done swiftly i know some people think take 5 mean 5 minutes but in reality its stage talk meaning Take 5 (Take a break) oil changes aren’t 5 minutes long if they are there not done right but honestly this gonna be my new spot from now on 9/10 id recommend to anyone needing service but don’t wanna make appointments, its all drive ins welcome

Highly highly recommend Take 5 oil change in Lake Jackson!!! As a young women I get intimidated and nervous going to get my oil change, when they show you all the “extra” things you NEED done right then, but they were so nice, understanding and gave me a great deal when something extra came up that I needed done before the Texas heat comes this summer! They let me ask questions without feeling dumb, or intimidated. I’m very pleased with this service and recommend them!! They have been open for 2 weeks now, they are located in front of hobby lobby! (I wish I knew the guys name that helped me on Saturday may 9th)

My first impression was not exactly a happy smile. But then again, we have no idea what that greeter is going through. Once the service started, everyone was so kind. Explained each thing to me and allowed and respected my choices with a smile. I was in and out fairly fast considering the bays were full when I first got there. I will go back. And I will recommend them to others.

Ms. Ashley, Dakota, and Mr. Aden were the best!!! Service was excellent and the cold water hit the spot. They were very knowledgeable and not pushy when telling you what you need, I have a new place to get my oil changed now and will be bringing my work vehicles also. I loved being able to stay in the vehicle also. The Lake Jackson, Texas site is the bomb and the folks that helped me made it easy.

They were very professional and informative. David was awesome he tried to reset my oil reminder. He watched a video for my BMW tried multiple times … very patient. Unfortunately, I must have an electrical problem since it says last time was 2022. 🤷‍♀️ Will definitely be going to this new place again! Highly recommend.
