I’m a Wheel Chair user full-time and when I say the customer service was outstanding, I can’t say enough There was a gentleman and a lady that was working that day! The gentleman Customer service was The best I’ve ever had in any establishment such as this he was friendly, easy to talk to. Extremely informative. He went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely recommend this location with these two to one of my friends and family. I’ve Took my vehicles here to get my oil done for two decades. This day I had my admissions test done. They Both informed me about some of the things that I needed to do now and upcoming. Neither one of them pushed, but explained why it needs to be done. I’ll definitely be back never felt pressured. It was very pleasant. Handing my money over for the first time in a long time . And that’s saying a lot for something that no one wants to have to spend their money on. Thank you. You should definitely consider if this gentleman for higher management he’d be great at teaching and showing others how they’re supposed to conduct business

I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The team was incredibly efficient — fast without ever feeling rushed — and they handled everything with real professionalism. What stood out most was the way they treated me: like family. They took care of business quickly, explained what they were doing, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Man, the whole process was fluid. Everything moved exactly the way you could tell it was supposed to. What I loved the most, everybody there even the people that weren’t on my vehicle spoke to me. There was no sour faces, no problems outside the work environment that they brought to work. Kind and so professional. Guys were awesome.

They did an excellent job on my car! I came in for an oil change and was really impressed with how early they open….it’s perfect for people heading to work who need something done quickly. The staff is very knowledgeable about all types of vehicles and their customer service is top tier. After a bad experience at another place where my oil cap was stripped, I was honestly hesitant—but these guys definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them and will be coming back!

If I could give 100 Stars, I definitely would! This Take 5 provides SUCH exceptional service. I usually have my oil changed there - and yesterday, I went in for an emissions test. Mark was super efficient and friendly. The test took just a few minutes - super fast, and I was able to stay with my vehicle. Their price was great! If you’re looking for excellent service that’s friendly and reliable… be sure to visit this shop :)
