I went to this Take 5 location for the first time, and it was my best Take 5 experience! TJ, the shop manager, was extremely helpful and thorough with explaining to me what oil was the best option for my car. He also went above and beyond in making sure that I didn't have a warranty on my car that would be voided when getting my oil changed with them. Thank you so much TJ! I appreciate your honesty and commitment to making sure I was making the best choice!

I had a very alarming “check engine” warning light and message pop up about oil pressure, so I swung by and talked to these guys about the situation. They checked my oil level out for free and also checked for the last recorded time I got an oil change. They informed me that it was likely a sensor issue and I needed to visit a repair shop. They didn’t charge me a dime and were extremely professional and explained everything clearly. They were right, too, about the defective sensor. I will definitely visit them next time I get an oil change so I can actually pay them!

The oil tech was great however the lady at the front was giving a lot of attitude while trying to get my information. Then proceeded to say she didn’t care and if I still wanted to get my Oil change. The tech was awesome!
