I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. Angel provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was checked properly. You can tell he really cares about helping customers and making sure they leave satisfied. The service was fast, smooth, and very helpful. I highly recommend this location and especially Angel. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Leo, Nicko, George and Angel are all very young but extremely knowledgeable. I showed up at this location to get a oil top off between oil changes because I got a message on my dashboard I also needed an inspection and they were extremely nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this shop and its staff for anyone looking for services done here.

There. Were three young men that tend to my car needs and each step that they took they explained to me what was happening and what it was for. The courtesy and respect was phenomenal. I would definitely bring my car back as well as refer the shop to other people.

Very professional. Very nice. It took longer than 10 minutes to change my oil but they were very informative as I just bought this car. They were showing me where the hood latch was and telling me about different things that I didn't know as I had never owned this particular vehicle before or this model of vehicle. So I did not mind that it took a little bit longer and then with it being a little bit different they were not used to it unfortunately I am not saying that they couldn't do the oil change. I'm just saying that it had to be done a little bit differently. It did not take very long to be seen. Unfortunately. The only thing that was bad is I had to pull into the bays and I wasn't really crazy about that as I did not want to damage my car but they were very nice. They helped lead me in and guide me out so that made things a lot better. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs an oil change. They seem very well versed on vehicles. They made sure everything was back to the way it was when I first pulled in and that I did not have any bolts or anything of that nature missing before I started the vehicle and I even asked twice because anyone with common sense would know that if you start a vehicle without any oil in it, you may make it home but you will not get anywhere else and you will lock your engine completely up and that's even worse than having to go pay for an oil change. As this vehicle is a little older, the odometer is no longer active right now because I would have to completely take the dash apart and replace it And I honestly don't have the money for that right at this moment but they were kind enough to see my vehicle without the odometer working. So if anyone has this issue just inform them before starting and I'm sure that they will see you and take care of your vehicle as well
