The crew at Take 5 is amazing! My son was driving his Tacoma from Colorado to Lubbock and got his oil changed at a local Valvoline prior to his departure. When he entered Amarillo, his low oil light came on. He stopped at Take 5 (which luckily is open until 8PM) and it was uncovered that the folks at Valvoline neglected to put a gasket around the oil filter causing his truck to leak oil during the entire trip. Crazy to think about how many horrible consequences this level of negligence could have led to. Take 5 cleaned his undercarriage, installed the correct filter (with proper gasket) and topped off his oil. And they did it all free of charge. Amazing - thank you guys so much for taking care of my boy while he was hundreds of miles away from home!

Each team member worked together to get the oil changed and systems checked in an efficient manner. Before we left, an employee washed our windshield. Overall, we were pleased with the service provided and were impressed with the courteous employees.
