After waiting an hour at another place in SF only to be told they didn’t have the right filter for my car and couldn’t do the oil change, I came here! The minute we pulled up, we were greeted right away and offered a bottle of water! Everything was explained very well several times so we knew exactly what we were getting! From the start of the oil change and checking everything they needed to was less than 10 mins! This is our new place to go! There were 3 working and unfortunately we only got two of the 3 names, Amie and Josh. However ALL 3 were GREAT!
Jill Bailly,I was borrowing my grandma’s car for a couple of days and stopped here last night, thinking it was due for an oil change. As soon as I pulled up to the garage door, I was greeted by an extremely friendly young man who immediately asked what I needed and even offered me a water while I waited. He set clear expectations about timing and even answered a question I had about the nearest gas station with a car wash. When it was my turn, they looked up my grandma’s car and told me it had been serviced only about 1,500 miles ago. They walked me through everything she had done at that visit. They easily could have taken my money and done an unnecessary oil change, but instead they were completely honest, told me the car was good to go, topped off the washer fluid, and checked the tires for free. As I was pulling out, that same young man stopped me just to let me know about a coupon for the car wash he’d recommended earlier. You just don’t get service like that anymore. I was so impressed with the whole experience, but especially with him — he’s a rarity and absolutely deserves a raise. Truly a sweet kid and exceptional employee.

The first time I went, the staff member who helped me was very honest and told me it wasn't time for an oil change yet. I have always run into issues at other businesses but with Take 5 everything always runs smoothly and they are always honest with you on if something needs to be replaced/repaired or if you will be fine without it! 100% recommend to anyone!
Cariss Montgomery,I went to this location a few days ago and Nathan and Jerry were just AMAZING. They made my experience worth going! Fast, friendly, no pressure, accommodating as well. I received an oil change, cabin filter, and a special wiper blade on the back of my car. I found out when I purchased my car…. There wasn’t a cabin filter there! I’m glad they found it. This will be my go to spot for oil changes. The service is worth the price. And you may find a coupon too lol.
